Izuku has dark green eyes and messy green hair, and four freckles on both cheeks under his eyes. When he was in middle school, Izuku wore a black gakuran uniform, yellow buttons and white plain sneakers. When he was at home, he often saw him wearing a white hoodie and gray sweatpants.
At U.A, he wears a uniform for men: a light gray jacket, a white shirt, dark blue pants with a red tie (something he can’t tie well). Izuku wear dark red sneakers.
At first Izuku was quite slim, but after 10 months of non-stop training under All Might’s direction, his body became more muscular. However, Izuku is described as quite simple.
His first hero outfit was a green jumpsuit with a red belt, black elbows and knees, and white gloves. There is also a hood with All Might’s hair-like ears and a face that mimics his smile. However, the outfit was severely damaged after fighting Bakugo Katsuki in the simulation match, so it was repaired.
During the USJ event, his clothes were repaired, so he wore a U.A gym uniform: A dark blue tracksuit outfit with white lines forming the UA. He also bought a replacement mask.
