In 1783, Langdon was elected to the National Assembly; a year later, entering the state Senate; and the following year, the Governor of New Hampshire. In 1784, he built a house in Portsmouth. In 1786-1787, he again became President of Parliament and during this time, for the third time, he attended the Union Parliament. Langdon was forced to pay for his own trip and Nicholas Gilman’s trip to the Constitutional Convention because the state of New Hampshire was unable and unwilling to pay for them. Slipknot Snuff signatures poster. It was not until the end of July that they arrived in Philadelphia, by which time many jobs had been completed. However, ever since he arrived, Langdon had left an important impression. He spoke more than 20 times in debates and was a member of the Compromise Committee on Slavery. In general, he supported a strong federal government. In 1788, he was again elected governor of the state (1788-1789). He also participated in the Constitution Approval Conference.
