Lisa Gregory Loved Hershel. I have friends that met him at a Comic Con and they said he was the nicest person. Scott Wilson’s death was devastating and when he came back for Rick’s last episode I cried. . My favorite Hershel moment. Truly words to live by.. I liked when he was taking the elderberries into the quarantined cell block, explaining that every moment is a risk, but you can chose what you risk your life for.. On his farm with Maggie and Beth. That’s where we first met him. His wife ‘zombie’ was in the barn that he kept fed hoping for a cure. Along with many others. Then we found out Carole’s daughter was among them. . Loved Hershel, his last scene was heartbreaking. I was lucky enough to spend a day with Scott Wilson when he came to film a commercial for our town’s anniversary. He was Harvey in “In the Heat of the Night” filmed in Sparta. Illinois. He was such a warm and humble man.

Kalua Sleesman. An unforgettable actor! . Started the series over and I literally just watched his last episode today! And I still cried like a baby!!! Hershel had so many memorable moments throughout his run on the series. He was one of my favorites!!!. I met him at motor city comic con and he told me my name meant princess such a wonderful, kind man.. I sure do. Loved Hershel.My fav moment was when he was giving his dad’s watch to Glen and he said ..a man is never good enough for his daughter until he is..or something like that LOL… But he was basically accepting Glen into the family. . Every moment was my favorite. This pic was taken less than a year before his passing. What a wonderful, sweet man!. Met him with my mom years ago, since he and my mom have both passed since then, looking at this photo kills me. But he was and always will be our Hero! Thank you for bringing me and my mom together every Sunday.

When the whole prison came down with the ‘flu’, Hershel put everyone first before himself, there’s a true hero saving almost everyone. His speech about life was . I just rewatched it last weekend. Great actor!. My favorite Hershel moment was when Rick was fighting for his life to lead the herd to the bridge and Hershel came to him as his next angel.

TWD S9E5 – Hershel Hallucination. Hershel was a great character and very wise. TWD lost something without the older characters like Dale and Hershel.. Yeah I just saw it a few weeks ago. Re-watching the entire series…again! Unfortunately I watched the episode where he lost his head today…. I remember seeing him in 2014 when he was at the Midwest comic con. Very amazing person!. I do. Rick was running to his house with an injured Carl. Everyone thought Hershel was a doctor, not a Veterinarian!
It took him Time to adjust to the new world. But he completely put himself forward after this .I miss Glenn he was was the one who went and above the group to protect them. His last scene with Rick before he passed away. Hits me in the feels every time.. He was such an amazing actor. Me and family got the chance to meet him my daughter was the one that gave that speech you step outside that year he mentioned it on tv.Its something we will never forget.. He was sick in this photo and died later that year. He was super nice and one of the good characters in the show that was real like he was in life.. They were all good, he was an amazing actor!!. I remember, when Rick showed up on the Greene farm carrying Carl….I absolutely loved Hershel, it was heartbreaking, both when the character died and then when Scott Wilson passed away!!!
Yes I remember Hershel he was one of my favorites I remember when him and Beth was on the farmhouse and the Walkers started attacking them and they all stuck together loved that scene. I think things for the group would have been much different had Herschel lived. He would have reined Rick in during Seasons 6 and 7 when he became rather reckless with some of his decisions (still loved him though). I miss Herschel so much – so kind an… See More.
