Humans of New York back in October I ordered this book, $32 was deducted from my acct., and this week received an empty box without the book inside. . I ordered 3 books over a month ago through Unison Books, but I still haven’t received it. I contacted them again, so hopefully they will have some information about the status of it. . Just ordered a few copies, including one for me! Thanks for letting us know.. I’m slowly reading through my copy of Humans right now and love it. Some of the stories have made me cry, so that’s why I’m slowly going through it. The empath in me picks up on the emotional nuances and it can wear me out.. I so wish I had the funds to get the book right now! But, I have to choose between what my daughter needs and my desires. She always wins since she’s so young.
I spent my son’s childhood making the same choices. I don’t regret it not one bit.. I pre-ordered at my local bookstore. It cost a bit more but I know the people who own it and the money stays in my community.. Amazing book! I laughed. I cried. I got sad. I got happy. Truly something more than a coffee table book.

Your son will be a reminder of the storm that you endured and survived. . Really beautiful story. Life doesnt happen the way you imagined it to be, but happens instead is far greater.. Good things happen on July 16. My son was born on 7/16/2005. Congratulations. May he be all you hope for him to be.. I suffered 2 MC before my rainbow girl was born. I completely understand the cloud hanging over the pregnancy. You’re just always prepared for the worst. So happy you got your boy!. Oooo I got goosebumps – love numbers and dates. I find them all very mysterious and truthful at the same time. Beautiful. I’ve had several miscarriages and can totally relate to the cloud over each pregnancy. It’s like you’re ready for something terrible to happen at every turn. It never goes away until after they’re born.
