Hold out long enough Moscow Mitch for your electorate to completely turn on you….I’m torn what would give me a bigger chuckle, Moscow losing his seat, or Mitch sitting in the senate as the opposition leader. - If the Republicans were serious they would get it to between 1.5 to 2.0 Trillion. Nothing less is acceptable. The money will be paid back through taxes, economic stimulus and getting workers back where we were pre pandemic. I gave already emailed both my Congressman and Senator on this issue. I don’t think we’re getting a 2nd one lol I just think they keep giving us false hope while people keep dieing and losing there homes and jobs, But if quarrels involve military spending or the bailout of corporations, McConnell and the Republicans approve such measures without batting an eye.
Putting people to work only solves part of the problem. Quelling consumer fears and getting them to go spend money on things other than bills is important too for us economic recovery.
But his, tripping up the platform, behind wants to rush thru the Supreme Court nominee. He is as pathetic as his leader was during the debate. He expects Trump to lose and doesn’t want Biden to get credit for an improving economy due in part to the Democrat’s stimulus proposals
