I get that koalas are cute and it would be nice to have one as a pet. I guess we’re used to seeing them about the place and we’re happy to see them come and go from their territory. As long as they’re not sick or injured – that’s all we worry about

- We booked with another company and couldn’t get a refund and had to defer to 2022. We will strongly consider your services moving forward based on how you have handled covid and providing a full refund to your customers. Thank you for your honesty and loyalty to your customers.
I applaud you for your thoughtful approach. We used your Budapest guidebook to plan our own itinerary, and will book our trip once we feel it’s safe to do so. And once the US is welcome. We’ll even shift gears and go to another country if it’s safer sooner.
Hopefully soon. As soon as there is a vaccine, we intend to take advantage of my Italian citizenship and return. Expect to find few US citizens there for sometime.
