Given the way our Lebanese government is dealing with the relief funds arriving to Lebanon, I would suggest to send the American relief accompanied by military guards and distribute them to the NGOs on the ground despite our Lebanese politicians who are preventing the relief funds from being released if they don’t pass through them! President Aoun needs to step down or be taken out of power! He is worthless to the people of Lebanon. The whole government is corrupt there! Aid needs to be given directly to the people. After all, we know he’s not fit to be a leader. He needs to be held accountable for storing ammonium nitrate at a port that close to the city.. The Lebanese people have suffered long enough! People are struggling there even more now.
