Even the old libertarian Society has an answer for companies selling poison to customers, literally the entire soft drink, fast food and processed food industry is killing people. So yes, these companies are actually selling poison to their customers, they are willfully putting additives into Foods that make their customers sick unhealthy and shorten their lives.

capitalism is the free exchange of goods and services and has existed as long as there have been people who trade. Most of the evils you decry are the product of unbridled corporatism which is a partnership between large corporations and corrupt government.
Corporatism is anti capitalist in that it restricts competition and seeks to prevent entry of new businesses into the markets it controls. This is what is sometimes called crony capitalism, a misnomer because it is not capitalism.
Rather it is actually a step toward socialism where big government controls the means of production. Socialism and corporatism are bedfellows; both systems treat individuals as interchangeable and disposable commodities.
