- I know how much you love the breed and your dogs. Karma will catch up with all of them. He is a beautiful dog. So sorry. Through the years I’ve had a few that I raised from pups who did not pass OFA. Never bred them and none ever had any lameness or obvious signs of HD. Both had a long healthy life.

Unfortunately most of us that have imported have gotten screwed over . It’s a sad world we live in and so much money loss and heartache . I do think your an amazing person for finding him a great forever home, but very sorry you went thru this
I don’t “know” you, but I follow you and I can see the level of love and care you have for your dogs. I show your photos to my husband all the time because your dogs are beautiful. I’m so sorry this happened. I know how excited you were for this dog and how much you loved him. I’m happy you found him a home.
Thanks for your honesty and sharing your heartbreaking news…Rasmus is a beautiful male but good for you to health test to be sure, your breeding quality could have been compromised. Oh Patty I am so sorry to read this. Rasmus could have produced excellent litters. Knowing this about overseas breeders or any breeder for that fact just makes my blood boil.
