My son was punished for standing up for a girl being bullied by a couple of boys a couple years older than her. Ehile they punished, I celebrated what he did, standing up against bullying! As the mother of a Chronic Asthmatic, I can say that seconds count. That child could have lost her life while the teacher WAITED FOR AN EMAIL!!! Are you serious? The teacher and everyone involved in the decision to suspend this young man needs to lose their jobs and
NEVER BE ALLOWED TO WORK WITH CHILDREN AGAIN!!!!EVER!
All parents of children in that school should be concerned for their children and rally around this young man. His pass shouldn’t matter. It’s what he did in that critical moment that should be the only thing that matters. Wow! Just wow! Unbelievable. Thank you young man for taking actions into your own hands and following your gut when a fellow classmate was in serious trouble and needed immediate attention instead of waiting for god knows how long to hear back from the nurse. I commend you as they should as well. I’m sure the classmate and her family appreciate all you did. As his mother said, he’s no angel, but he took action where the adult failed too. Kudos young man. Hold your head high & be proud of your actions for saving another life. We had a young friend of my sons die from a severe asthma attack. I personally feel that the young student did what was needed and should not be punished.
