I had this unicorn border! I remember picking it out of a book at Home Depot. I only had the border though because we probably couldn’t afford the rest. My mom sponge painted the bottom portion of the wall green like the grass. It makes my heart ache. My kids are growing up fast. The thought of being home alone excites me but yet I’m afraid I’ll be lonely and only have memories of them laughing in the house.
- I had this exact wallpaper in my bedroom when I was 8-10. I remember being so excited because I got to pick it out myself around 1997!!! Ahhhh this was my wallpaper border as a child!!!!! When I got older I used nail polish to add sparkle and different colors to the unicorns. Omg this is awesome!
- My mom was wallpaper obsessed. I’d come home from school to find my bedroom completely re-done in wallpaper that I didn’t approve of. I did too! My pawpaw decorated our room at their house with it. I’m 34 now & my sis 37. We loved it! We picked it out at a store called Marvins. He just painted our Bottom half pink instead of the stripes.
- I had that border as a child growing up. There was 62 unicorns around the top of my room in it. When I was having a bad day I would lay there and count them over and over. Mom and step dad’s house has the same border! I sent a screenshot of the post to my mom and she sent this right back
I had this almost identical except the beige had little bows where the lines met, I had to look closely to make sure it wasnt my bedroom lol, We had this border growing up! I had collaged over it in my teen years, but my mom was sure to snap a pic before she finally took it down a few years ago.
I appreciate this now, but child me would have had the biggest desire to scribble over all the sweet & happy with black crayons or something. Also, I HATED the color pink, I had this same border. When we bought my childhood home many years later, we gently took off the border and we still have it.
