Every case in the country needs to be reviewed because of crap like this. Habitual offenders laws are bs and a cop out by that State to just lock them up rather than find the root of the problem. yeah but it’s still messed up. Like he already did his time for the armed robberies/more serious crimes and whatnot – the last crime was ridiculous.
it could be looked at as messed up/unfair but man stop stealing people’s things that they worked hard for. One thing I can’t stand and have no sympathy for is a thief. To much have been stolen from me the armed robbery and breaking/entering an occupied home appears to be part of the root of the problem…would you want to be the person he held up or the person at home when he broke in and entered your house?
