Intraoral examination confirmed enlargement of the buccal portion of the first and second molars. It was onerous in palpation and coated by normal mucosa. Periapical radiograph showed a properly-circumscribed mass of mixed aspect, surrounded by a radiolucent halo and connected to the primary molar mesial root. Expansion of the cortical was seen in an occlusal radiography.
