My husband commented that he would like if I lowered the quantity of hen broth a little bit so I will try that subsequent time. The taste is superb and the toppings have been an excellent addition. I get a cooked hen from the deli and use mainly the breast and thigh meat. I saute the onion in somewhat oil then add garlic for only a minute. Pour in broth then begin including the hen, beans and spices. Let it cook about minutes on med warmth. Add more water or broth if needed then add the corn and remaining elements. Very good recipe.
