#2? To me, saying “I don’t know” to an impossible question shows that you are not an over confident know-it-all. Admitting you don’t know something, or not have enough facts to have any kind of opinion, and not feel pressure or shame, is a rare & philo… See More. My office is full of jerks. Unfortunately…. Saying “I don’t know” shouldn’t signify freezing. It should signify a level of epistemic honesty that most people fail to ever achieve over a lifetime.. Brilliant! We do need these questions from inspiring CEO’s and/or HR department and we also need resourceful candidates, who think beyond the “normal” standards.. I thought the same thing JJ.. If your in HR I wouldn’t brag about your job. The Gestapo interrogated people too for a living.. A jerk gives advice on how to weed out other jerks. Followed by: trust me.. “Tell me about yourself” Answer the question with a question “Where would you like me to begin?” Or “What is most important for you to know about me?” That way your interviewer can tell you what’s most important for him/her to know. One interviewer asked, “What can you bring to the table?” I said, “I make an amazing queso.”. This is a bit simplistic….we all are nervous in a job interview and sometimes we black out. Saying I don’t know isn’t an issue.
Anyways, a ceo who claims he has THE method to weed out ‘jerks’, and calls other people aholes in the first place withou… See More. “The more you know, the more you know how little you know.”. sometimes there is little gap between a creative way of interviewing and being one of those jerky they want to weed out.. First would be for them to stop man spreading. Look how much room they take.. I use Ich Weiß Nicht instead of I don’t know and dare them to challenge my answer. Works pretty well as long as they don’t know German.. Sounds like an a-hole way to run an interview

Unless it was kept contained in a room in which there is no human interaction, it will get out and it will destroy everything.. I’ve often wondered why plastic can’t be incinerated to generate electric power or melted down to create new plastic.. Corporations enjoy these ideas, makes it easier for them to avoid their responsibility for using plastic in the first place. No need to invest in research for biodegradable alternatives, no worries, big savings and profit with plastic.. What could possibly go wrong.. Isn’t that funny. First we create a problem (creating plastic) then we laud people for finding ways to destroy the problems we created. Is anyone EVER thinking how to avoid creating these problems in the first place and live balanced lives?. Old news also not by this person.. For our sake, please stop producing single use plastics! Please stop.. I worry about “what else” the bacteria will destroy. Unintentional consequences.

I would not hire this CEO. I would not invest in his company. He appears to have a shallow concept of human response in stressful situations. I wonder what the P/E ratio is on this company. You could answer with please tell me more about the position, so I can tell you how my background and achievements are related to the position or … See More. What this really implies is how tribal CEOs are. They don’t want the right candidate, they want a cultural echo chamber. They want someone who they feel they will like and have similar interests, like picking an echo chamber for a date.
