Although only a small group, but Si-Te-Cah always attack and kidnap the Paiute tribe to eat meat. According to legend, the Paiute tribute the giants to the end and chase them all the way to their lair. Determined to destroy the Si-Te-Cahs, the Paiute piled trees at the entrance of Lovelock cave and set fire to them. Some people who escaped out of the cave were hit by dead arrows, the rest in the cave also lost their lives due to smoke and fire. Finally, an earthquake buried Lovelock cave, erasing all traces of the red-haired giant.
Modern historians and anthropologists consider the red-haired giant’s legends to be mere fictions of the ancients, while others claim that the archaeological finds have proved otherwise. Does it really exist like the white giant living in North America before the Native American appearance?
