The first set foot is probably not as good as China. In August 1944, hundreds of people from Chenjiayuanzi village, Phu Du district, north of the Song Hoa Giang River surrounded a black animal lying on the riverbank. Yen Dianyuan, a witness, said that the animal was about 7 meters long and looked like a lizard. Its face was exactly the same as that of a dragon depicted in ancient paintings, with seven or eight long hard beards. The upper body is about 1/3 meter in diameter. Its four legs were sunk deep into the sand, the body covered with scales like crocodile scales. This is the source of views in favor of having dragons in the world.

56 years later, on August 4, 2000, a heavy rain poured down the village of Hac Son Tu, China, but strangely the village was covered with a hot steam. Suddenly, thick clouds came down from the sky and rolled across the ground. The villagers were frightened because they had never seen such a weather before. They stayed indoors and all doors were closed. A curious young man stepped out to see what was happening and was amazed to see two dragon-like animals, one black and one white, lying on the ground in front of him. He saw that the horns, scales, legs and tails of the two animals were identical to the dragon in traditional paintings. He turned and ran back to the village as quickly as he could and shouted: “Go see dragons, people, go see the dragons fall from the sky!”
