The high-altitude steering wheel is located behind the horizontal rear edge. It can be tilted up or down to change the lifting force of the tail wing, creating the torque around the blade (pitching moment). The two height steering wheel is always controlled with the same direction, at the same angle.
The vertical tail has the function of orientation, keeping the fuselage steady in a straight forward motion. On the vertical tail, there is a movable part that the tail wheel will act as a normal rudder: When the steering wheel is standing symmetrically, there is no force applied horizontally but when it turns to the right or left, it will generate force is applied horizontally to the left or right tail wheel, respectively. This force creates torque (with the swingarm being the distance from the rudder to the center of the plane), causing the aircraft to point the nose to the right or left respectively (yawing).
