My dad stayed with us for 8 weeks during the early days of COVID quarantining. I quickly realized that listening to loudly played Youtube videos, whistling every time he walked around and swearing at the slightest frustrations were all potential comorbidity causes of the coronavirus.
- Enjoy your parents while you still have them. There will come a day you will wish they were there to annoy the crap out of you. I sure miss mine.

- My brother made this meme about my dad’s microwave rules. Do not mess with the microwave, the thermostat or the remote control. Or try to make strong coffee. He will not have it. He’s a mess, but we love him big and wouldn’t trade him for anything. And this is an actual box at my parents’ house.
I feel like I have just been to The Comedy Hour reading all these posts…and I’m the same age as all these parents!! And btw, the volume on my tv goes up to 100
This is so funny! My dad couldn’t help my mom in the gardens today because he was watching a high school football game (from his high school) from 1960.
