This is gross and wrong! The whole shift involved should be fired. I worked at Hardee’s in my teenage years and we had an incident just like this. A police officer came in and ordered food and a milkshake. I was working drive thru but I noticed everyone up front was gone. I walked around back and they were taking these disgusting slimy steel wool pads and wringing them into his milkshake. Mind you these were adults and one was a shift leader. They carried the milkshake up front and put whip cream on it. The shift leader handed him his food and milkshake. I didn’t initially say anything. It was my first job and I was scared. The officer pulled forward and around into a spot. I was frozen for a second but I walked out the side door and told him what happened and that I was scared. The whole time the shift leader was starring out the window. I told the officer I was afraid to go back in and get my stuff. The shift leader was arrested and on top of the fact that she tried to poison a cop but she had been stealing money by voiding large orders and a few weeks later her name was in the paper for the theft. She ended up going to prison. I never went back to Hardees either. Please tell us you are sueing this Starbucks. Also make sure you have that tampon checked for HIV and you also get tested. Please take precautions.
Take every dime you can get. Plus make sure your kids and wife are compensated also. Because with this you won’t want to have any sexual contact with your spouse. So your family will suffer while all the test and stuff is done.
So sue. If you don’t want the money their is plenty of non profit that would greatly appreciate help.
