It really isn’t. When you commit an act such as that while ignoring state gun laws and curfews, you negate your self defense plea. This is basic law. Kyle is a criminal, same as the guys he killed except he’s actually killed people.

Or that some organization out there hasn’t saved the story to use against KR, or against the mainstream media if they had been reporting fake news. I haven’t found it again and it was just a picture of a court doc, so it was probably a fake. I looked earlier when I commented, but couldn’t find anything, and didn’t care too much to even delete my comment. Because seriously who cares about a lousy marijuana possession.
