There is an OLD saying…..FL is the last st out of recession, and the first st back!! Held true again…..FL started to regain its strength and ability to produce last yr…..moving ahead full steam. Our only problem now, we are attracting newbies from the NE…..which is fine, except don’t want their liberal mentality to infect our communities. Want nelson out, rubio replaced in another 2 yrs…..Scott acceptable as Senator, and DeSantis as gov. FL is a great state…..lots to offer, business wise and for pleasure!!

- Its not just Florida! I deliver mail in a town of less than 5000 and new houses are going up all over the lake. Second homes mostly. Workers needed for everything from lawn care to pharmacy technicians.
Why is health insurance for a Fl State employee’s 1400 percent cheaper that the average non government worker family in FL? I bet you didn’t know that or do you. When will government workers pay, benefits and pensions match up with the private sector. We can’t afford to fund government workers when we get nothing for ourselves. They make 20k more than I do for the same job description and if you add those benefits you talking another 30k more. Outrageous. Gov Scott vetoed a bill to raise their monthly contribution of 100% coverage healthcare.
