We used to try to electrocute my electric shop teacher but then again he was a drunk so it was kind of easy we didn’t learn too much in that class now that I think of it, way back in the 40s (I think in either 5th or 6th grade) I made a pair of bookends in our shop class-still had them until a few years ago when I had to “Downsize”-as a female I thought this was cool-my son made me a corner hutch cabinet in high school-(furniture making is now one of his best hobbies) so shop and home ec should never be eliminated from schools-many can’t go on to college but the basis for a trade should be encouraged.
- I don’t think it should be eliminated from school, either. I may not remember anything I made, but I remembered this story, and it’s gotten over 5,000 readers so far…so I got something out of Shop class. Maybe I can get my grade changed.
- My boys made magazine holders, clocks, book cases design cross clock, baking board for me( like my grand mother used) and learned slot. My youngest designed and made his own gun case, Too funny. I’d sell my bruffer if he stuck his butt up my nose and then breathed stonk on me too. But you two are so cute !!! You both deserve 5 chimkin nuggies. Love

The parents who allowed this kind of behaviour are enabling their children. If a child of mine said they didn’t want a child at their party for that reason,the party would be canceled. She may not be pretty enough by their standard but she is a pretty little girl and she is even prettier then they are because she is a good child! And has a supportive family. Those girls aren’t very pretty because of their behavior.
Obviously the ones having the party are very shallow. They loose I say. They are not worth your time sweet heart u are beautiful just the way u are and their looks will fade with time. But she will be the one with the beautiful smile and sweet face and the kindest heart. Those are the best things in life.
