Cruz’s father was a Cuban, Not a US citizen! Yes, his mother was a US citizen. But Cruz was Born In Canada; So Cruz Is Not A Natural Born Citizen; a Requirement to be President!!! Cruz is a NATURALIZED Citizen and NOT Eligible to be President!! RUBIO is NOT a Natural Born Citizen either: his parents came from CUBA, both Cuban Citizens. They did not become Naturalized Citizens until long after his birth! Both parents must be a US Citizen at the time of his birth!
