Capitalism is a private sector. There’s no nationalized army with a centralized controller. You mentioned American foreign policy, so you must be talking about America’s public sector government which is a Federation.  that is not capitalism. We are not a free market. The government and bankers ( the federal reserve is not a governmental department) control and manipulate the economy. We haven’t been a capitalist country in many decades.
