I give her a very Big Thank you for Helping these wonderful Birds and opening up a shelter for them and giving them her time, I hope she gets the help to get these Beautiful birds back to health and on there way and to find out what is causing the problem that make them starve. this is heart wrenching.. more and more animals are not able to survive in the wild by themselves and have to depend on human intervention to stay alive, all because of the pollution that is caused by us and destroys their food and habitat. If we all would stop killing and eating animals, the earth would have a chance to recover. And while we are at it, lets stop using so many beauty products as well, all chemicals which end up in the soil too! There is so much we could do… You are doing a great job for these birds. It’s sad that our wild life can’t help themselves now a days due to humans taking over the land and destroying our oceans. I wish you all the best of luck with these birds they are so beautiful. And miss understood. Thank you very much for helping them. I am so financially crunched I have no funds to help with. I do try to help in other ways though. Thank you Elly you truly are a beautiful soul…your work with these birds is commendable…(thanks go out to Bonaire Wild Bird Sanctuary all the staff and volunteers) keep up the great work! Couldn’t imagine a world without flamingos! Flamingos are my all time FAVORITES! I’m so grateful to know that they are out there saving them! I will support them, and pray for this group to be financially set to continue their work! God bless you ALL! I don’t know her but I know about her. She is doing an amazing job saving flamingos on the island. We had a real problem with sargassum invading the flamingo habitat. The parents left and the chicks were starving. She has saved many chicks .
