Is that supposed to be coffee? I can still see through it, his wrist must have gotten tired from all the crocheting and couldn’t grind more beans. I look back at all the places I’ve gone and can’t imagine why I didn’t take a pic or record everything. Oh ya it’s because I’m not a hipster and it was about the moment

- You guys are all complaining about him carrying a Chemex up a mountain. I’m angry he didn’t give the coffee time to bloom or bring a gooseneck kettle…that pour was more of a dump. But would totally bring a Chemex up a mountain and make a good cup of coffee to match the view.
- The kettle is actually all he needs to make that coffe..not the filter or the Erlenmeyer flask Gotta carry a solid wooden box with a shitload of stuffing to keep that flask safe. To much weight on a hike if you ask me.He reminds me of the guy who brought his ukulele to the safari park and played it at the kids play area then asked his son named wolf if he wanted to go to Trader Joe’s after lol
All for the jet boil and good cup of coffee on the trail. That is the only way to wake up on the trail. But that drip filter set up?? Really??? Talk about waste of space in your pack!! Not to mention GLASS!!! NO WAY!!. most of these comments are negative and bitter. sounds like some people are mad cause they don’t have time to explore nature and have coffee along the way. take your miserable comments somewhere else.
