How come nobody at the shelter did not notice that she had recently given birth to puppies….it was quite evident..thank God they were all saved! I am thinking the same thing, you run a rescue but don’t notice the dogs breasts were engorged with milk? They should have LOOKED around where Betty was seen for pups or other dogs etc. I am glad the family is safe and being cared for, but not sure these people should be running a rescue
