Breeding cats to learn the lesson of being “presentable”
A study by Princeton University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology has shown that cats show delicacy in their actions.
Specifically, the researchers conducted a comparison between the drinking method of dogs and cats. Accordingly, dogs often slam their tongues into the water with an eight-fold force to pull water up, which causes the water to splash nearby.
Cats, meanwhile, are often more delicate, dipping their tongues in water with a force that’s only twice the force of gravity. Then, neat, delicate cats “suck” water into their mouths and swallow.
Breeding cats helps protect the heart and love life more
A study by scientists at the University of Minnesota showed that people who own a cat in the house will reduce the risk of dying from cardiovascular disease by 40%.
This conclusion was made after scientists conducted a survey of 4,500 people of different ages. Accordingly, experts believe that raising cats in the home will reduce stress for the owner.
In fact, there have been many hospitals or treatment centers that have let patients play with cats. The results were quite satisfactory, the blood pressure of the elderly patients was more stable, along with that, the patient also became happier and more sociable.
