Frame is teaming up with its longtime friend and brand styling consultant, Ilona Hamer (who also styled some amazing ELLE covers). Frame x Ilona Hamer is a capsule collection of wardrobe necessities, featuring the East Side Overcoat, The Perfect Crew cashmere sweater, and, of course, denim, among other pieces. Hamer has long been outspoken about Frame being her perfect jean, an opinion that now manifests in her own design, the Ilona High Straight Jean. The direction of the collab comes from Frame’s own chic classics paired with Hamer’s affinity for a wardrobe with a timeless sensibility. “Her lo-fi attitude to everyday dressing which looks naturally flawless is something Frame aspires to,” says Frame co-founder and creative director Erik Torstensson. This collaboration marks the first of many unique projects in the works with more of Frame’s friends, and incites anticipation for the next capsule collection, launching in 2022.
