Ok so 2 things. That much weight that fast is insanity. What hard work, determination, dedication to yourself and your future, SERIOUSLY, hug yoself. And second, the way you were speaking about Irina I expected a grownup adult. When young people know how to embrace real humanity with compassion and respect and love, it just blows me away.

I saw this and despite life happening the good , the bad , the oh so bad when I was a kid , everyone surprised how well balanced I seem to be today and always am . I saw this today and realise I do all 4 every single day . You know when your heart breaks , you start digging the ground to plant a flower or climb that hill .
The minute I can’t stop eating I leave the house to run , walk , read a book , sit on a hill , having a dog helps . Being successful in status doesn’t feed your self worth but altruistic caring acts do something marvellous to our brains. It’s the way we are designed . Do something nice every day if not for someone , for something , for nature , most of all for yourself . Peace
