All my Mom’s and Bigmama’s meals were delish but one of my favorites was Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Green Beans, sliced beefsteak tomatoes and homemade biscuits!! We were blessed!!
- My favorite childhood meal was hamburgers! My mom makes the most delicious hamburgers you have ever tasted. When we had hamburgers there was always company to enjoy spending time with. Some of my best memories
- My favorite meal from childhood would be when I would help my mom make meatloaf and potatoes with garlic bread. She would let me be a part of it teaching me and I enjoyed that with my mom. I have a favorite meal with my grandma before she passed and it was chicken and rice simple but delicious.
- I was 5 years old when my family was invited to Dad’s new boss’s family Thanksgiving dinner. The food was amazing – antipasto platters, salads, breads. I stuffed myself silly. Sat back in the chair and burst into tears when the ladies of the house brought out roast turkey with all the fixings. My Momma always taught us it was polite to eat a little something of whatever was offered! There was no room for another bite!
Favorite meal from childhood would be chicken and dumplings with cornbread dressing… simple but delicious! Still love it till this day. That is an absolutely beautiful table!
My favorite meal growing up was peas, corn bread, fried chicken, fried okra, squash, corn, and some sliced tomatoes with salt and pepper all grown in our garden sure miss having a big garden beautiful table

Being Italian our Christmas Eve tradition The Feast of Seven Fishes is my favorite. We’d always gather together at my Aunt’s house and eat for hours. Since moving here to GA 5 yrs ago, I sure do miss spending that day with my family, but we’re recreating those traditions here with friends.
