Where is his stupendous plan he promised? He has never had one. He cant even be bothered to read a plan much less make one. He said he could sway Congress with his godlike deal making capabilities. He couldnt negotiate his way out of a paper bag. hey it’s not trumps fault he didnt do anything he promised!
