Wolves are both. I truly support the re-introduction of wolves into our habitat. It was meant to be. But I also support population control and that means hunting. It’s a balance that requires study and understanding.
- So many uneducated out there that do not hunt or have never taken their own meat. Wolves decimate elk and deer populations. When their numbers reach beyond control, they must also be hunted. Do not let the “cute” videos of pups stray you into thinking that the local farmers sheep and cows aren’t in danger.
- Wolves decimate everything in their path. Love them and agree they belong but they need controlled just like bears and cougars who populations would grow out of control.
- what impressed me was not the mama wolf going up against a full-grown bear to protect her pups…she’s a mom after all…what impressed me, about mom’s ferocity, was the bear immediately high-tailing it outta there!
Please save the wolves.its so upsetting to see these beautiful animals hunted & tortured. We need to keep the laws & legislation that protects them in place. Please support wolf conservation. Thank you for all you are doing for them.beautiful!
they give me hope … as they naturally thrive & provide thru life unified as packs .. (smaller family dens ) born, intelligent, fiercely loyal .. with strong instincts to protect & love. They’re so BEAUTIFUL and PRECIOUS. Please don’t hunt and kill them. Let them live their lives free and in peace.
I live in a rural northern Wisconsin near upper Michigan. Last year driving on a side road spotted two pups playing. Grey colored. Thought they were coyotes. Maybe wolf pups. BUt watching those two play. So wonderful. Maybe 3 to 4 months old. They they ran back into the woods
And in France, we kill them…and they are protected by the law and Europe. But France don’t care. We have less than 500 wolfs, and hunters kills 90 wolfs….by year ! With the benediction of the gouvernement….
