Looks more like an undiciplined dog that pulls so hard on the leash that it is getting on its back legs look at the ladies arm. She should train the dog to not pull the leash that much instead. The neck on the dog will get injured. try a necklace yourself and drag a leash like this sillies. it is not good I say. you will feel it hurts too after a while.
My pooch loves doing this. Yes poorly trained on a leash I agree. I also know my dog and there is ABSOLUTELY no abuse. He does it in the house all by himself. I always took it as his way of communicating. Only does it when he needs to go outside or treat time. This dog has been abused. I’ve seen videos of dogs being hit with things in order to force them to stand and walk like that it was horrible. And this isnt cute.
