Blind love is when you fall in love with someone and cannot figure out if that person is good or not. You don’t care what mistakes they made, have limitations or personality traits that don’t suit you. You suddenly become “blind” to your partner. In addition, you create too many delusions about the person you love and put your full faith in those self-delusions. This is also an expression of blind love. The person falling in blind love will not be able to see who the other half really is. All you think about him or her is just the ideal person you imagine, a person with the most perfection of what you expected or who has eliminated all the bad qualities.
When you always advocate for his erratic temper, aloof attitude, or bad habits, consider them to come from an unfortunate childhood; at the same time you are trying to be a therapist for him, it means you are blindly in love.
