A report by the American Road Transport Association shows that the labor situation of the heavy truck driver profession is fluctuating and lacking. For every 100 new entrants, 136 people quit their jobs because they cannot stand the stress of driving long distances and living away from their families.
Driver needs are very necessary, but to become a heavy truck driver, you must obey very strict traffic safety rules. Must have had previous years of driving experience for smaller trucks and have not caused a traffic accident, and must have had enough hours of heavy truck driving practice before being allowed to practice officially.
The driver must keep a detailed log of the itinerary and update it regularly when coming to each stop on the road. Drivers must drive on the planned route with the Transportation Management Company. All communication facilities are fully equipped in the vehicle, so the communication between the driver and the operating room is like a picture with a ball.
