I’ve been involved in the Horse industry for 50 years now and one thing I’ve noticed is that the Trainers tend to retire from training but stick around as owners, officials or volunteers at shows. It’s something they’ve been involved in their entire lives, they like the people and want to contribute even if they stop actually training.
