OK, so I’ve read just about every post on the thread now. It took a long time, but well worth it. It seems tho, that Jeff, poor soul, is part of that group that thinks putting on a uniform equates to protecting our freedoms. Sorry, Jeff, we protect our own freedoms, that is why we stand to protest our own government’s bullshit. I know that’s a tricky concept for you, so just “think about it.” To boot, you are about as boring as snot. Your too-often repeated argument about the release of other Pentagon tapes giving the terrorists what they wany is utter arse. How about this: what the terrorists want is for Americans to remain divided amongst themselves, and for us to distrust our government. I think, then, that not releasing the other footage of the Pentagon crash/strike, is giving the terrorists what they want. Again, “think about it.” And then go away.
Ingemar, I have a Master’s in Multicultural Ed, and I agree/understand the points you are making. But this is not the right forum. I tried to read back and figure out what got you started on your rant, which just seemed to pop out of the blue, and I couldn’t locate it. If you want to lambast Jeff or Ricky for their idiocy go ahead, but for the most part if you are railing against white folks here for the past, present, and future transgressions of the dominant white male paradigm, you have got the wrong crowd. The white folks who are regulars here “get it”, if you take my meaning. Including my own white male self. I say this as a friend, because I know where you are coming from, but the tack you take, which is perfectly appropriate in other situations, makes you seem a little “unhinged”. It’s no secret that Bush’s approval ratings for African-Americans is under 2%.

Top article on Huffington post is Bush’s new border security,unmanned drones which I think is what you guys are talking about. Check it out, I went there after reading all the posts and I got chills up and down my spine.
