The squad car –the security car that passes in front of the camera in each video— how is the security man did not hear the oncoming jet ? It is merely seconds after the car passes thru the security gate that the explosion takes place. Now, if I were that near in time and space to a screaming passenger jet so close-by–well, I think I would be looking at it. Did the guard have an Ipod in his ear, or what?

Jimbo, a 757 would have done far more damage, and been exponentially harder to actually maneuver into the building, would have caused tons of collateral damage on its way in, even if they could have convinced a Top Gun to fly it into the building, or program the autopilot to do it. The only way they could be sure to do only the damage they were prepared to take was with a missile.
The towers were designed to take 757-sized planes like a screen door takes holes punched by pencils, and it didn’t take any piloting genius to smack into them either. So no need to use missiles there.

One reason to use a missle is due to “wing in ground effect”.
This occurs when an airplane is flown close to the ground – typically at about 1/2 its wingspan. The vorticies off the ends of the wings come in contact with the ground and act as a cusion giving the plan additional lift. This is hard to control during normal takeoffs and landings even for expierienced pilots. There is a tendency for the plane to “bounce” off this cusion and gain altitude during landings. When encountered, the total drag on the plane also changes abrubtly.Even a small increase in speed greatly increase this effect. At full throttle it would probably be unmanagable.
For a pilot who was not allowed to rent a Cessna to be able to control a 757 in a level flight path at such a speed and altitude under “wing in ground” conditions is another reason I don’t believe the official story.
